That is pretty awesome!I feel I would still be hungry on her menu. Even using low end calcs, I need like 3500-4000 calories a day while running. I'm curious the amount of prep time to fuel the beast? Thanks for the links!
ReplyDeleteYou often eat fewer calories on a healthy vegan diet because there is more nutrition in the food and prep time can be high if you don't eat any convenience (processed foods).
